Our clients were wanting to sell their home. Our job was to add value to their home by renovating and updating their ensuite and main bathroom.
The original ensuite plan had areas which were dysfunctional and a waste of space. The original plan had a separate toilet and also had a door way coming of the main hallway. Because this bathroom was an ensuite and not the main bathroom, we removed the door from the hallway. This created an extra functional space within the ensuite where we could install a spacious walk in shower. We moved the wall between the toilet and ensuite and then moved the vanity to the right. We also moved the bath back towards the doorway. This opened up the useless space between the vanity and bath that can be seen in the BEFORE photo. Opening up this space enabled us to install a toilet in the ensuite. The result is a beautiful, open plan ensuite that is functional and easy to clean. We are happy to report that our clientts sold their home with the new ensuite being a major selling point. |
What our Clients Say
"We recently renovated two bathrooms with Julian who was very approachable and flexible. As a first time renovator we had ideas which may not be feasible in some situations but he was very helpful and guided us in the right direction, everything went in on budget. As a result, the bathrooms are looking amazing and well-designed. We don't have any regrets. We highly recommend Julian to anyone who wants to renovate their bathroom(s) because he is resourceful and approachable in relation to any bathroom matter".
