Modern Coastal Bathroom Renovation 
Our client wanted to change the layout of the bathroom to make the bathroom family friendly. As a Mum whose partner worked away from home, our client often found it hard  to enjoy a nice shower without worrying about her little ones safety. 

Our client loved the idea of rearranging the floor layout to a wetroom style, where the shower and bath were side by side. With this layout our client could fully supervise and enjoy a shower while her little one splashed in the bath.

The new bathroom layout also opened up the available floor space, creating a spacious layout.

The scope of works included a full demolition, re-sheeting, waterproofing, tiling, all electrical works including a new exhaust fan and plumbing works with pipes needing to be moved and the addition of new floor wastes. The window was also replaced with louvers.
